The Auto-Complete list doesn’t remember names or email addresses
The Auto-Complete List is a feature which displays suggestions for names and email addresses as you start to type them. These suggestions are possible matches from a list of names and email addresses from the email messages that you have sent.
If names and email addresses that you enter aren’t saved to the Auto-Complete list, do the following:
Microsoft Exchange Server accounts
- Click the File tab, and then click Account Settings.
- Click Account Settings.
- Click your Microsoft Exchange Server account, and then click Change.
- Select the Use Cached Exchange Mode check box, click Next, and then click Finish.
- On the Account Settings dialog box, click Close.
** Names or email addresses that are entered in the To, Cc, or Bcc boxes should be remembered after each message is sent. Those names and addresses are available as a suggestion the next time that you compose a message.
