How to change the Order Notification email in PRISM


Where do I go in PRISM to change the email address that receives 'order notifications' for example PRISM Portal orders?



The first recipient you see on the PRISM portal order on the TO line is the account that placed the order, the second one is the additional ‘notify account.’

Resolution:

  1. Open PRISM and Impersonate Partner.

  2.  Go to Programs> CSP> Notifications >  add the email address and click submit.


PRISM does not support multiple emails so you can only add 1 email. If they need multiple, they would just need to create a distribution group at their end, and then change the email to the DG address.
